1. Service Agreement
YavaTrip provides spiritual tour and travel services in Varanasi and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you enter into a binding agreement with us.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Tour itineraries may be modified due to weather or safety concerns
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or behavioral reasons
2. Booking & Payment

- Full payment required at time of booking
- Confirmation sent within 24 hours
- Valid ID required for all participants
Payment Terms
- Secure payment processing via trusted gateways
- All prices include applicable taxes
- Currency: Indian Rupees (INR)
3. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant in YavaTrip tours, you agree to:

- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout tours
4. Liability & Insurance
YavaTrip's Liability: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow safety protocols, but our liability is limited to the tour cost. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injuries due to participant negligence
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Varanasi, India. We encourage resolving conflicts through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
